Your new emperor character spawns in the wilderness of your home world, usually in daylight. Your home world is a habitable world that has never been explored or visited by any other player in the game.
Wild animals will ignore you, even if you attack and injure them. If you die, you will respawn where you fall.
This is the Garden of Eden. Expore the world in peace. Choose a place to build a civilization.
Targoss
Targoss approaches and begins to speak.
Targoss is a non-player character of your race. Targoss teaches you the basics of moving around and interacting with the game environment.
Rise
of Civilization
Build a city to assert your
claim
as the ascendent race on the planet. Once you start building a city, wild animals will no longer ignore you. They may choose to eat you or attack you for other reasons. If you die, you will respawn in the city.
This begins the Rise of Civilization. The ultimate goal of civilization is to develop space travel and spread your race into the galaxy.
